Estate Planning Notarization
Need to get estate-planning documents notarized? We can help with that!
If you’re an estate-planning attorney whose clients want to sign at home—or remotely from anywhere in the world—we can help you get the signing done quickly, professionally, and correctly.
We make this process easy! Here’s how it works:
Estate Planning Mobile Signing
Verify that your clients are aware of the documents’ content and willing to sign, and that they have valid IDs.
Make an appointment to have one of our Tucson mobile notaries come to your clients’ location to notarize the estate-planning package.
Your presence at signings is always appreciated but not required. Please keep in mind that I cannot give your clients any legal advice, so it is helpful if you’ve gone over the documents with them in advance if you cannot be present at the signing.
We will come to the specified location, show the signers where to initial and sign, and notarize their signatures.
Additional options include:
Printing documents
Retrieving documents from your office
Bringing witnesses
Scanning completed documents and sending them to you
Returning signed and notarized documents to your office
Estate Planning Remote Online Notarization (RON) Signing
Verify that your clients are aware of the documents’ content and willing to sign, and that they have valid IDs.
We will need to communicate directly with the signers to ensure they have the proper technology and setup to do a RON signing
Your presence in the signing session is always appreciated but not required. Please keep in mind that we cannot give your clients any legal advice, so it is helpful if you’ve gone over the documents with them in advance if you cannot be in the RON session.
A RON notary will guide the signers through the document, show them where to initial and sign, and notarize their signatures remotely. After the session, you and the signers will receive certified PDFs of the estate-planning documents.
Witnesses can be provided if needed
